Duel Systems offers a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from an authorized reseller or the Duel Systems online store. A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged for products returned with opened packaging, whether or not the product has been used.

To return a product please follow these simple steps:

1. Request a Return
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be obtained from a customer service representative by calling 1-888-765-0347 (English only) for US and Canada. International customers may call 1-408-848-3832. Requests may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have dated proof of purchase from an authorized reseller or the Duel Systems online store available, along with the product serial number located on the package sticker.

2. Write Your RMA Number on Your Return
Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, please ensure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.

3. Ship the Product Back to Us
We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. Duel Systems Online Store will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a lost shipment until a credit has been issued.

4. Receive Your Refund
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.

Warranty Returns

Duel Systems offers a 1 year limited warranty on defective products. You may review the terms of the warranty here. To make a warranty claim please follow these simple steps:

1. Verify Your Warranty Claim
Contact Duel Systems technical support to verify the product failure and issue a return authorization number (RMA). You may contact a technical support agent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-888-765-0347 (English only), US and Canada only. International customers may call 1-408-848-3832 (English only). Please have dated proof of purchase from an authorized reseller or the Duel Systems online store available, along with the product serial number located on the product label.

2. Receive Replacement Product
Once the RMA has been issued, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 24 hours.

3. Return Defective Product A pre-addressed return shipping label will be included with the replacement product. Please return the defective product within thirty days of receipt of the replacement part. Product must be shipped in an appropriate shipping box using the return label.
